It was presented at the MIDEM Festival 2002 in Cannes.

The Web Angel used to be the greatest cyber café in the area during the explosion of high-rate Internet connexion and the birth of Counter Strike. As the place shut down a few years ago, the website is now offline aswell, but I keep a copy of the site for you to discover.
